Feature Film
Young computer hacker Lisbeth Salander and journalist Mikael Blomkvist find themselves caught in a web of spies, cybercriminals and corrupt government officials. This is the argument for a show that surprisingly incorporated around 600 VFX shots, ranging from basic clean up work to full CG, all the way through a solid amount of set extensions, matte paint integrations, green-screen composites and a lot more. At PIXOMONDO Stuttgart, I had the luck to work on a few very cool CG integration and full CG shots, under the really heplful and smart supervision of Thilo Ewers. Even if you are not a fan of the novel series, I’m pretty sure you’re gonna enjoy this movie!
